I was using my old VPN service and it was causing me so many issues and then finally I got fed up and switched to PIA. And I haven’t looked back ever since. I have heard about how good you are as a VPN service provider and because I keep watching Linus Tech Tips, I always see your shoutout. I have it already on my phone my laptop and my desktop and I’m very impressed with the service. With my old VPN I was getting very bad speeds and I’m on a fibre connection and it was like switching to dial up internet...lol. But now that’s a thing of the past and I’m pretty sure I’m going to stick with PIA from now on!

I tried to access the so-called customer service dept. and chat more than a dozen times without a response! I finally was able to access another dept. where I cancelled my automatic renewal billing and demanded cancelation of my membership due to your incompetence. The next thing I hear from you is "Thank you for choosing PIA" Thank you for confirming my accusations! Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Whoever wrote your software was over paid and anything above minimum wage for your customer service staff is too too much. Now I have to put a stop payment to my bank. I will seek advice about how to make this transaction available to more of your potential customers. Richard Strangio

Payment via PayPal was a breeze, download and install was quick and seamless. Altered a few settings, and it works like a charm!
This took me hours to set up. Having to constantly sign in and give information over and over again to technical support live chat was extremely frustrating. You need to stream line and ask for less information! The qr reader would not read code. Tried over 30 times but to no avail. This was not a good experience. Hours taken up which I will never get back. Very disappointing. I wish to cancel please do not go ahead with my order. Thank you.
Loading of many sites slowed down a lot. Not every time, but definitely quite often. F.e. BofA, ProtonMail, some others. Support is OK, client app is simple.
