This company actually did ask me to rate them on TrustPilot so the statement that they don't ask is not correct. No problem with that, I'm just sayin'. On Windows, the app works great and is in the background. On Android, though, if you close the app, you close the program. I would like to be able to close the app on my phone but still have it running in the background. That's how a VPN should work! Otherwise, though I've only used it for a few days, I think it's pretty good. I read reviews on VPN's on CNET and this app seemed to have the best features for the money. I haven't had any experience with customer service, but I've seen a pretty friendly and helpful website. They have a live chat screen, too. Installation was easy. You select the platform you want to install it on and perform one click to install. Then you log in with the credentials they send to your email. It's really easy.
Ordered in hope to be able to watch movies at rai.it Did not work out. Seems that RAI is aware of their IP address to belong to VPN service provider and smartly blocks me out. Later I have also seen other people complaining failures to access UK content services despite having chosen London based IP. I still keep my 1yr prepaid subscription as being helpful for testing purposes. But I am on the look for alternative. Technically, though, it operates OK and I have no complains with usability.
I've used PIA for several years and it's been ok, for the most part. Lately there have been significant connection issues that only go away when I disable the VPN, leaving my traffic open. If the only way I can connect to the internet with PIA is to turn PIA off then why should I bother paying for PIA? I've contacted their service department several times so far and none of the solutions suggested have been able to solve this problem. Time to try another VPN provider, unfortunately.

Heard about the with LInus Tech Tips. I have used other services and stopped using a certain one after data was comprimised with that company. So far I have been happy with no issues. I submit a ticket with problems and they get back to me same day, Changing this to a 5 star once game console support is possible, then everything I need will be covered with out having to tunnel.
