Recently I'm facing a frequent drop out with connecting Ivacy. The customer service Felix was very patient troubleshooting for me and we've figured out that it's might be the unstable servers in China cause the problem, and he assisted me in reporting my issue to the technical team. Although the issue still remains and might take time to solve, the service from Felix is very good.

I need to give a huge applaud for Ferguson in the support team of Ivacy vpn, ive been looking for blocked network bypass online for weeks (used lots of proxys and VPN apps), and Ferguson spent hours helping me out with my stubborn network. It really works after all the hardwork. I would rate 10 stars seriously, he needs a raise. Such a savior!!

After a few months of having to travel in a 'VPN-disliked region' I really needed IVACY - but then I had to extand my trip in this area and my IVACY Contract expired. So, I couldnt contact IVACY and they couldnt contact me. Now back in neutral territory I was well-fortunate to make contact with Aberto as my Service Agent - thank goodness - as he was able to both resurrect my account, and reset my account so that I could access the 5 year topup special. Great work Aberto - and all done fast and with a smile. Greatly appreciated Aberto and IVACY too :)
