Fast, with many servers and very reasonably priced. I assume it's also good, but I'm no expert. I only gave it 4* because I discovered that it doesn't work on my work network because the network administrator blocked certain services. So that's something to keep in mind when subscribing and maybe try it within the refund period. The customer support with the live chat is also very helpful. I decided to keep the subscription due to its usefullness in a variety of other situations.

Well pleased with Surfshark . I changed to it recently and find it connects quickly and efficiently better than my previous VPN. The initial cost for a 2 year deal may put buyers off if paid all in 1 lump , but it works out at only £1.99 PM. I am happy with Surfshark. John

I used to use Nord which was working for me but the last two years has become rubbish, constantly logging me out or not letting me log in at all on windows or Chromebook. I started looking for another and came across surfshark, been using it for three months now with no issues.

Since I signed up been having major issues, from day 1. Did everything they told me to do. Repetitive emails on going, asking me like 3 times the same thing by different reps. They will not refund me because over 30 days. I have asked to talk to a Manager more then 3 times and never happened. Today I had a message from Google Chrome saying that my VPN had taken over my laptop and to remove extension bar. Important aspects of services never worked like CleanWeb and Kill switch. Extremely disappointed in Surfshark. Cant even use their diagnostics link because it blocks everything I try to do online. Totally not acceptable.

Bad customer service experience, provided solutions are not tested in advance, the service is basically useless because cannot do the basic thing: ensure an ip address in a different country so that noone can mark it as foreign address. Bad.

Works great for netflix. Relatively cheap compared to the competition. Less servers and options compared to the big names, but new servers and features have been added in the month or two of using it already.
