I decided to ask for a refund of my annual subscription within the 30 Day grace period, an offer which Sharksurf boldly displays in all its Ads. This was their response. Quote- "Unfortunately, we are unable to refund payments made through iTunes/App Store as they are subject to iTunes/App Store refund policy" - Unquote. And then I discovered that ITunes Refund Policy excludes all subscriptions. So buyer beware, there ain't no 30 days if you buy this VPN through the ITunes App store. Ever felt you've been had?

Easy to use, I feel safe and secure when using it. Blocks most ads without having to use ADBLOCK. Especially now with the way the government is monitoring people and protesters, there is no better time to get a VPN.

SurfShark is really lagging most of the time and it is mostly broken with Firefox whether with Linux or Windows ! Very bad "deal" for a not functional VPN after a few month when I subscribed for 3 years to this service !!! :(

Great VPN and range of locations. I do enjoy the ability to have unlimited devices. However, I don't like the bandwidth/speeds being lower when connected to VPN. However, love the service.
