great help today by the support agent nelly. She stayed with me for over an hr while i was having problems connecting to this server. My isp had started blocking more and more sites, including surfshark, so we had to manually connect to surfshark and gain access that way, Thanks again for all your effort today Nelly!!!

Great service, unlimited connections, fantastic speed, works fairly well. Best VPN at this price point. Only problem is it has some connection and compatibility problems, albeit rarely and most likely only if you are doing something advanced. Customer support is prompt in responding to any communications (on both the app and email) though. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.
