I am unable to get the website whitelist feature to work on my PC and reached out for assistance. The first reply I received told me their app was unstable on firestick and gave me detailed instructions regarding firestick. I responded and asked them to please read my help request again. I was asking for help with the website whitelist feature for my PC. The second response I received advised me to white list my entire browser app. If I wanted to white list everything I wouldn't have use for a VPN. If you would like to use your VPN with firestick or windows I would definitely not choose SurfShark.

Faster and easier to use than PIA. But I started having issues with crashes. At first I blamed the endless updates from Microsoft but now I am not so sure. Even Googles browser is beginning to have issues from time to time. In desperation I have gone to the Avast clone of Chrome... and it works just fine. It is faster than Googles Chrome and works smooth with no more crashes! Thanks for what I believe to be a good product.

Pretty good speeds for most countries, only disappointment is I can't get smart DNS to work in my smart TV. Otherwise great buy.

Screws up my work apps when this vpn is turned on. Also doesnt work on dual vpn connection. Doesnt work for Amazon Prime. Good enough for other stuff than what's mentioned above.

Can’t get the software to work properly and your tech support is horrible. I want this crap off my machines. Nothing works properly since installing this product. I’d give your product negative stars if I could.

SurfShark is by far the best VPN I've used. At first I just downloaded it and pushed connect which didnt really do the job..but after connecting with support they gave me the correct settings, I adjusted accordingly and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Many new features are also included with SurfShark. I know there are many VPN's out there but if you want one that covers all the bases then this one is the one to get. Highly Recommended.
