Most of the time I connect to the fastest server, I am not able to browse the web, with my wifi or 4g lte. It is frustrating

Overall i like the experience and it gets the job done, sometimes some applications don’t work unless I turn off VPN for example amazon prime, that’s not a surfshark issue, amazon is being serious with copyright licensing So they blocked vpns. Even Netflix is becoming like Amazon, keep that in mind :( But I want to see if surfshark can try its best to bypass the Netflix or Primevideo vpn block in the future.

Smooth usage so far! My daughter is in her element as she can watch the American version of Netflix which includes films such as Trian to Busan whilch we would normally have to pay extra for on the uk version! Happy kids = peace and quiet resulting in a happy mum!!

I needed a new VPN because my provider subscription was expiring and I wasn’t super impressed with them. I read some reviews and Surf Shark seemed like a good option, I paid in bitcoin. I visited the first site which I need a VPN to use and immediately the site said my country was restricted. I thought maybe I hadn’t set it up right so I went to check what IP my computer was giving off as the VPN said I was in Ireland, I open a site to check and the website recognizes me from an IP in Central America. So I decided to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee, as I had purchased 3 years of this service. When I went to go talk to their support in live chat, after hassling me and trying her hardest to keep my money, she very reluctantly began the refund process. She told me it would be 10 DAYS until I received the refund for my BTC which I had sent less than an hour prior! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SURFSHARK! No refund no matter the purchase method but especially bitcoin should take 10 business days!
