I had a subscription for another VPN but let it expire because of the high cost. Surfshark is much less expensive without any compromise to speed or security. The interface is user-friendly and customer service is top tier. I highly recommend it.

This is a really bad VPN, particulary the 3 'British' VPNs they have on offer! I've been a Surfshark customer for a while now and I've already complained about their VPN service in the past. They have consistently failed to update their details with Google so when searching through the search engine the results will NOT be from the 'IP address' of the country's VPN being used. The 3 UK VPNs are appalling. They have one for London' which is definitely NOT in London and is constantly being asked for verification by Google as it comes up as a VPN used for bot searches and other bot related online activity. Their 'Glasgow' VPN is almost as bad and constantly drops out or slows down speeds. I have a 1Gb internet service with 1:1 contention but the Surfshark VPN makes my connection really slow. The third UK city they have is 'Manchester' which is the worst of all 3 UK VPNs they have. It hardly ever works and I don't know why Surfshark doesn't ditch all 3 ip addresses they have in the UK and start afresh as they are ALL totally useless! I need to use a British VPN and if like me you need a British VPN too then DON'T use Surfshark. They are the worst online and I've used a few now and once I can get out of my contract which I am locked in for 2 years I will find another VPN service that works! Surfshark is more like Surfsnail! Reply to Surfshark's reply to my review today: Hello Surfshark, Thank you for your reply. I won't be contacting your 'support' team as there is nothing they can do to improve the appalling connections for VPNs Surfshark has in the UK unless they are changed and restarted with totally new ones! I've contacted the Surfshark support team on multiple occasions before I wrote this review, which is the result of continued connectivity and speed issues, not to mention different locations to the ones advertised. What is the point of a VPN if I'm not in the location I thought I would be? Ditch the UK VPNs you currently have, update the registry for Surfshark on Google and use a system that doesn't throttle 1Gb speeds to less than 20Mb! Once my contract is up with Surfshark I will leave and never return! Thank you. Additional update 28/06/2020 I am counting down the days when I can leave Surfshark and end this nightmare VPN! The 'Glasgow', 'London' and 'Manchester' VPN have search results from Slovakia when searching on Google. The 'Manchester' VPN hardly ever works, the 'London' and 'Glasgow' VPNs are used by bots with Google constantly checking the validity of searches. The 'Glasgow' VPN throttles speeds continually and either slows down the rate to super slow or invariably cuts and drops the connection. Surfshark is so bad. I will leave as soon as I can and now realise cheap VPNs are cheap for a reason because they are RUBBISH! Check out my other reviews on Trustpilot for other lamentable and dire VPN providers.

Surfshark my first go at VPN , I have to admit I had some worries at first but once I was able to understand how it works, I'm able to open the app find the best connection and go with it, so many to choose from. With no worries. I recommend surfshark.

Application simple download, easy to navigate. Connection very quick, stays connected and very straightforward. No problems so far! Reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone.
