Great prices, good connections, fast help from the help-desk. The only thing that's keeping the 5th star away is that for me the bandwidth is lacking a bit. Max 20 MB/s when my ISP provides for 75 MB/s (real speed, checked online).

I had some technical difficulties with Surfshark, which I know resulted from my lack of technological know-how. Eric was an absolute star. He patiently walked me through several solutions, encouraging and supporting me every step of the way. I opted to cancel my subscription, which I know may seem odd, given the 5-star rating I have given Surfshark. The thing is, it just wasn't for me; however, for more technologically-savvy users, it really is an excellent vpn service. Moreover, when I made the decision to cancel, it was met with immediate understanding, and Eric issued a refund. I could not believe that after spending so much time with me, only to have me cancel in the end, that he was so empathetic. Thank you, Eric, and sorry for the headaches I MUST have caused you!

A great app for those who value privacy on a budget! faster connections and no loading/buffering times gives a peace of mind while surfing the net. A friendly and assistive service by all those working there and I'd happily recommend this over other competition. Privacy is something which we shouldn't cheap out on.
