Although I am new to using a VPN, Surfshark's website made installation and launching easy. I experienced no noticeable speed drop or a downside. Surfshark's online chat was very helpful getting up and running with a few other tasks e.g. Kodi. I have no reason to switch and I recommend Surfshark.

Tried to resolve an issue through Surfshark customer service. At first, they replied quickly, but after a few exchanges, they suddenly stopped communicating. I followed up after a couple of days but never received another reply. It's puzzling because it seemed like they wanted to help...until they didn't. Very disappointing.
