Contracted NordVPn by email first about slow speed on firestick...takes a while for answers to come back but helpful. Decided to contact chat and after spending considerable time with'Lewis' a few hours typed me throughout so many possibilities.Cannot express the patience of the young fella.....🌟🌟

Nord has the most fantastic agents. Especially Camille with whom I worked with me today! We’re talking about over an hour attempting to “unscrew” what husband “screwed up”! She has the patience of Job (Biblical)! Other than giving her the highest praise EVER the next best thing is hoping NORD sees this and NEVER lets her go! Problem was iPad wouldn’t log into NORD; ended up with my going to desktop, changing password as apparently he had password in error. By having to do so, I learned about NORD as well as NordPass! I got through to an agent named Carl and he was extremely quick to sort out the problem. Netflix was hanging and/or I wasn't able to access content. He walked me through about 4 steps and it was working perfectly again. I've had nothing but success with NordVPN and was apprehensive about paying 100 euro up front but it has never let me down and if the app does, agents are always really quick to sort me out . Give Carl a pay rise :P
