I had an issue with connectivity and I was connected to Mike who was an awesome chat room based technician. He resolved my rather unusual, persnickety problem in just a few minutes. He also got my VPN up and running, and properly connected, and helped me update my password as well. It took in total, including waiting in the queue, about 15-20 minutes tops.

NordVPN has the best support team which beats the like of panda VPN(OMG, this one sucks!). Mike helped me with cancellation of renewal, which was done automatically without allowing me to give it a second thought. But I'm pretty happy that asking for a refund could be done in a few minutes. Might get back to NordVPN if it manages to work out a solution to combat the Great Firewall in China and stablize connnectivity.

I absolutely loved using nordvpn. I was able to connect with friends in the gaming community and actually play Pvp matches with them due to this app. I would recommend this app to literally everyone. I found no downside to this and it was always very fast and reliable. When I had to cancel due to an issue I was having it was not Nord related but their customer service team was very good and prompt at assistance with my issue and going forward I would use them all over again!
