Having been in IT since 1980, taught, written and project management for a wide range of software, OS, netoworks and HW - I feel I can give a fair assessment with the background and knowledge to do so. I also truly feel the many glowing and over the top positive comments by so called customers are fake as they hold no true resemblance to my experience of using Express VPN. To many issues to list here but primarily even though installing to my PC it caused major problems to my WIFI/Router and printer, dropped to half the speed, streaming movies especially Youtube that I had no problems before often cut out with a network error, found often after switching to a different VPN and returning to my usual London Docklands one, I found for some web sites appeared in different languages to English even though resetting the language option in Google. Support was terrible, even though making allowances for the Corona-virus and having taught online internet support staff I can pretty much redognize the product knowledge and teckie level of those I chatted to. I found zero ability to answer direct questions or even refer to them and even when asking them to send me the wenpage I had come across that gave instructions for Printer connections they ignored and I had to trace my self and sort it out my self. Unfortunately being in the industry I know far greater amounts of money is spent on the 'spin' ie writing fake Trustpilot evaluations and paying web sites to give a positive report than on the training, payment of decent salaries to support staff. I certainly won't use Express VPN after what I read about them and my dreadful experience of using them and I suggest you don't either.

I am entering the 2nd year subscription of expressvpn. It shows that I am very satisfied with it. I use it in my laptop and mobile phones. I feel very secured when using it. I like the feature that it blocks the connection when it is disconnected from internet. But I could not use the Netflix for US content in my Android TV Box even thought I installed it in there also. I don't know what the problem is even it is clearly indicating that it is connected in a US server. Also I like the feature that it opens when windows starts up. It is good for other users who are not familiar of its usage to just click connect it they see it is not connected for cases I am not at home.
